Fulfillment Policy
Services are deemed fulfilled when the agreed-upon marketing strategies and actions, as outlined in your service agreement with Negrete Marketing, have been executed.
Refunds and Cancellations: Services provided by Negrete Marketing are not subject to refunds once work has commenced as per the agreed-upon service terms. Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Any payments made before the cancellation notice are non-refundable.
Changes to Services: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Negrete Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
